Continue Time

20 04 2010

Our office clock fell, causing the minutes- and second pointer to come off and they were just laying in the transparent cover. Witnessing the random patterns that occurred while the hour pointer still rotated, the concept for the Continue Time was born.

While creating mesmerizing patterns on your wall the pointers are still read as with any traditional clock. The widest pointer ( attached to the clockwork ) shows the hours, the medium sized pointer ( attached to the hour pointer ) shows the minutes, the smallest pointer ( attached to the minute pointer ) shows the seconds.

FlexibleLove™ furniture incorporates an ‘accordion-like, honeycomb’ structure to create durable furniture pieces produced from widely-available recycled materials. FlexibleLove furniture, such as FlexibleLove Earth 16, are made from recycled paper and recycled wood waste, and are produced using pre-existing manufacturing processes in order to reduce their overall impact on the environment.

The name “FlexibleLove” was derived from the concept of a ‘flexible love-seat’ – seating that could hold from one to as many as sixteen individuals; changing length and shape with a simple pull at each end. A honeycomb structure, used throughout the entire FlexibleLove line, produces an accordion-like result that allows each piece to be extended and collapsed with ease.

The 2010 line includes FlexibleLove Virgin 20, FlexibleLove Earth 16, FlexibleLove White 16, and FlexibleLove Earth 8. FlexibleLove was designed by Taiwanese designer Chishen Chiu, and is manufactured by Pinzaan Company Limited.

A table cloth with some poetry

Remember how mom would always get mad at you when you spilled something on her precious table cloth? For one, its a table cloth mom… It is designed to protect the table, so why the fuss? And two, aren’t table cloths designed to be either thrown out or washed? So calm down, its just a small spill. And three, how does that saying go? Oh right… “don’t cry over spilled milk”.

If you have a mom who always has a cow when some spillage takes place any where near (or on) her cherished table cloth (or if you just like new and neat products), then you may want to invest in this handy dandy table cloth for her (or your) next present:
